About Tricia

A California native, Tricia was born and raised in Del Mar, CA before relocating to the Bay Area, where, prior to starting a career in real estate, she was a successful technology executive, working domestically and internationally in business development, client services, solution delivery and go-to-market strategy. 

Drawn to beautiful surroundings, Tricia relocated to Lake Tahoe’s scenic west shore. In 2013, she purchased her Tahoe home, and has since bought two additional properties in Tahoe City, one of which she renovated and flipped for a substantial profit, and the other she purchased as an investment. With a keen eye for the potential in every property, Tricia has a skilled understanding of what makes a house a home, and imparts that knowledge to her clients, always with a focus on value creation. 

Tricia’s relentless commitment to service extends far beyond the sale or purchase of real estate. As a highly motivated and experienced professional, Tricia leverages her extensive network to help clients achieve their real estate goals - whether that be selling their property at the right price, or finding their dream home by the lake.
